DAILY RATES
Lower rates for long stays. The longer you stay, the better the value. 750,000 FRS CFA per month Negotiable for stay beyond 60 days Exclusive of water, electricity and Government taxes.
Executive 3-bedroom apartment (maximum 6 guests) 60,000 FRS CFA
Executive 2-bedroom apartment (maximum 4 guests) 50,000 FRS CFA
Executive 1-bedroom apartment (maximum 2 guests) 45,000 FRS CFA

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellation made within 2 days of arrival or no shows incurs 1 night’s accommodation charge.
• For monthly stays, early check-outs are allowed with 72 hours’ notice or 1 week accommodation charge in lieu of notice. For cancellation of monthly stays the daily rate will be applicable for the number of days stayed up to including the notice period.
• No shows attract 1 day’s charge for bookings on the daily rate and 1 week’s rate for bookings on the weekly and monthly rates.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. Advance payment is required to guarantee an apartment, cash deposit.
a. For daily and weekly stays, a deposit of 50% of the total amount covering the desired period of stay is required to guarantee the reservation at the time of the booking. The balance of the 50% must be paid prior to check-in.
b. For monthly stays, a deposit equal to 1 month’s stay is required to guarantee the reservation. c. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the necessary deposit.
2. Monthly rent is payable in advance on or before the 1st of each month.
3. For continuing guests, rent is payable in advance including extra charges i.e. laundry, meals etc.
4. For Corporate guests, monthly rent is payable in advance before the commencement date elapses.

5. An extra monthly fixed service charge will be applied for 30 days’ stay and over. This fixed charge is to cater for water and electricity consumption. Any other extra expenses incurred within one’s stay must be settled at the end of each month or upon check out.
